Access Window and Door Design Centre is currently accepting applications for a full-time Customer Service Representative / Estimator.

We specialize in manufacturing and distributing premium fenestration systems and are recognized for our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who performs well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires a high level of activity, including frequent communication with customers and sales staff, preparing multiple estimates daily, and actively qualifying opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, Qualify, Present, Plan and Communicate

• Answering phones and greeting customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on drawings, specifications, and related documentation
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
• Design window configurations within system parameters using quoting software
• Present our company and our products to potential customers
• Develop project plans in close coordination with the sales and installation team
• Communicate effectively with sales staff and customers in person, by phone, and by email
• Coordinate delivery arrangements with customers and schedule shipments with transport providers
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:
Detail-Oriented, Natural Communicator, Tech-Savvy, Driven and Adaptable

• Highly motivated with a willingness to work overtime when required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, including a professional phone manner
• Background in sales and customer service is considered an asset
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Grade 12 diploma; post-secondary education in office administration is considered an asset

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, Operate, Inspect, and Support

• Assemble, glaze, and prepare windows and doors according to specifications
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
• Handle materials and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support material flow between workstations as required
• Support deliveries and installations on job sites. Some traveling is required.
• Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures

Qualifications:

Hands-On, Detail-Oriented, Reliable, and Team Player

• Previous manufacturing or construction experience is an asset
• Comfortable using hand and power tools and reading basic measurements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with the ability to commute to Winkler, MB
