Access Window & Door Design Centre specializes in manufacturing and distributing high-end European Tilt & Turn fenestration products throughout North America. With a strong reputation for innovation and reliability, we are expanding our team and seeking an Installer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering superior craftsmanship. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver and install a variety of window and door types, according to ACCESS’s specifications and industry best practices.
• Remove old windows and prepare openings for installation.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a precise fit and finish.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, Installer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in window installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and installations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Effective communication skills, reliable and a customer-focused approach.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be able to commute to Winkler, MB on a daily basis.
• Must be willing to travel.
