Access Window and Door Design Centre is accepting applications for a part-time position in our Production Department.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Light-Duty Production Worker, specializing in the assembly of window screens and accessories packaging
Job Duties:
- Assemble window screens using hand tools and assembly fixtures
- Measure, cut, and fit screen material into aluminum frames
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently, be reliable, and follow instructions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Punctual and respectful towards other team members you are working with.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must live locally in Manitoba and be able to commute to the job location to be considered.

Yard and Maintenance Worker (Full-time)
Access Window and Door Design Centre is accepting applications for a full-time Yard and Maintenance Worker position.
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our grounds and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to high upkeep and safety standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance of outdoor areas, including mowing, trimming, leaf and debris removal, snow and ice control, and general landscaping tasks.
- Conduct basic facility maintenance, such as repairs, janitorial duties, and upkeep of workspaces and common areas.
- Ensure proper functioning and safe operation of maintenance tools, vehicles and equipment.
- Support event setup and breakdown, as well as general logistics as needed.
- Regularly inspect grounds and buildings to identify and report any maintenance concerns or hazards.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or facility maintenance is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle physical workload and work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work efficiently, be reliable, and follow instructions.
- Must be self-motivating and be able to work in a team environment.
- Punctual and respectful towards other team members you are working with.
