Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Conduct product consultations and technical presentations for homeowners, builders, and contractors
• Prepare detailed quotations and follow up strategically to close sales
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools and spreadsheets
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to manage a multi-stage sales cycle
• Confident presenter with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable for results
• Experience in window and door sales or construction-related industries is an asset, but not required
• Technical proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and install a variety of window and door types, according to ACCESS’s specifications and industry best practices
• Remove old windows and prepare openings for installation
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a precise fit and finish
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, Installer, or similar role
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in window installation
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and installations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
• Effective communication skills, reliable and a customer-focused approach
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be able to commute to Winkler, MB
• Must be willing to travel
