Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Conduct product consultations and technical presentations for homeowners, builders, and contractors
- Prepare detailed quotations and follow up strategically to close sales
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools and spreadsheets
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to manage a multi-stage sales cycle
- Confident presenter with strong interpersonal communication skills

- Experience in window and door sales or construction-related industries is an asset, but not required

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and install a variety of window and door types, according to ACCESS’s specifications and industry best practices
- Remove old windows and prepare openings for installation
- Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a precise fit and finish
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, Installer, or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in window installation
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and installations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Effective communication skills, reliable and a customer-focused approach
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be able to commute to Winkler, MB
- Must be willing to travel

Estimator/Office Assistant
Access Window and Door Design Centre is currently accepting applications for a full-time Estimator/Office Assistant.
We specialize in manufacturing and distributing premium European-style tilt-and-turn fenestration systems and are recognized for our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who performs well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires a high level of activity, including frequent communication with customers and sales staff, preparing multiple estimates daily, and actively qualifying opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on drawings, specifications, and related documentation
- Design window configurations within system parameters using CRM and quoting software
- Communicate effectively with sales staff and customers in person, by phone, and by email
- Develop project estimates in close coordination with the sales team
- Coordinate delivery arrangements with customers and schedule shipments with transport providers
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Highly motivated with a willingness to work overtime when required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, including a professional phone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Grade 12 diploma; post-secondary education in office administration is considered an asset
