Job Duties:

• Be able to operate hand tools.
• Operate production and packaging equipment. Forklift license would be an asset.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to confirm their compliance with quality standards.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently, be reliable, and follow instructions.

Access Window and Door Design Centre is accepting applications for a full or part-time position in our Customer Service Department.

Our company specializes in manufacturing and distributing high-end fenestration products with the highest standards of customer service across North America.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls and creating estimates per day, generating interest, and qualifying prospects.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Answering phones and greeting customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Preparing project estimates by using product quoting software in close coordination with sales staff
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Prepare prospect calls, including company background research and relevant lead information.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Present our company and our products to potential customers.
• Set up meetings or calls between customers and product specialists.
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Well-organized and goal-oriented.
• Highly motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and phone manners.
• Positive attitude
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Must be reliable and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• Grade 12 and post-secondary education in office administration would be an asset.
• Must live locally in Manitoba and be able to commute to the job location to be considered.
