Sales Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead and develop our growing sales organization. This role focuses on driving performance through leadership, coaching, and disciplined sales management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans, territory strategies, and KPIs
  • Manage forecasting, pricing discipline, and performance reviews
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales representatives
  • Build strong customer relationships through team support and strategic oversight
  • Collaborate with senior management on sales initiatives and market expansion

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or sales management experience (any industry)
  • Proven success in leading a team to achieve or exceed sales objectives
  • Strong understanding of structured sales processes and pipeline management
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel at least 30-50% and visit key account customers in-market

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and install a variety of window and door types, according to ACCESS’s specifications and industry best practices
  • Remove old windows and prepare openings for installation
  • Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a precise fit and finish
  • Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter, Installer, or similar role
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in window installation
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and installations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
  • Effective communication skills, reliable and a customer-focused approach
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be able to commute to Winkler, MB
  • Must be willing to travel
