Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business within the assigned territory
• Consult with homeowners, builders, and contractors
• Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage sales activity through CRM systems
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven sales and closing ability
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a multi-stage sales cycle
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Willingness to travel within the territory
• Experience in construction or window and door sales is an asset
